Jean-Luc Jucker is a DPhil student in anthropology at the University of Oxford.
A graduate (MA) in Religious Studies, Jean-Luc Jucker has specialized in Indianism, Sanskrit and Social & Cultural Anthropology. His end of study dissertation, devoted to an ethnographic survey carried out at a traditionalist community practising the Tridentine Mass, received a Faculty Prize at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2006. In parallel to his university studies (which he continues in the preparation of a doctorate in Social & Cultural Anthropology), he works as a part-time commercial employee and undertakes photo reporting of the war in Kosovo.
